Making a bold design statement, Brooklyn-based design firm ASH NYC has reimagined the interiors of 30 Park Place, debuting a new model residence located on the 49th floor showcasing their modern, yet simplistic style.

The entry to the three-bedroom, three-bath home starts off on a striking note with deep blue walls, accentuated with a half moon, three-legged table. Flowing into the living room, the mix of vintage and contemporary pieces are showcased against the stunning panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline. Velvet sofas and glass cocktail tables flank the room, while the adjacent dining room is flooded with natural light from the oversized windows.

The kitchen and the bedrooms are accentuated with warm, neutral tones, once again showcasing ASH's ability to create juxtaposition between simple, yet modern pieces. Each of the bedrooms has large windows facing west, allowing for the rooms to be drenched in sunlight and providing breathtaking sunset views.

The residence is currently on the market for $7.3 million.
