Patek Philippe's The Art of Watches exhibition will take place from July 13–23, 2017 at Cipriani 42nd Street. The U.S. Historic Room, one of many themed rooms, will feature 27 timepieces offering insight into Patek Philippe's most renowned U.S. patrons, and their passion for horology. The 10-day public exhibition will showcase the brand's high-precision manufacturing as well as its heritage in Haute Horlogerie. To manage the scale of the exhibition, a two-story structure has been created and will include 10 specific rooms—including the U.S. Historic Room, and the Current Collection room—to showcase unique environments.

Visitors will have access to exceptional pocket and wristwatches dating back to 1530. Watchmaker and Artisan demonstrations will take place during the exhibition as a way to educate visitors on the inner-workings of fine watchmaking—the Watchmaker's Room specifically will have master watchmakers from Patek Phillipe on hand to explain this mechanical feat. The Patek Philippe Café will offer visitors a relaxing respite.
