RAINBOW CONNECTIONS

An interactive celebration of puppeteer and film director Jim Henson's legacy will commence at the Museum of the Moving Image on July 22. Around 300 vibrant objects—including costumes, production materials, sketches, and puppets—will illuminate this permanent exhibition, offering visitors a glimpse into Henson's creative genius and partnerships with the minds who conceived The Muppets, Sesame Street, and other timeless works. Monitors will showcase the Henson magic, with footage provided by the Henson family, the Jim Henson Company Archives, Sesame Workshop, and the Muppets Studio. Visitors will also be able to expe- rience Henson's imagination for themselves, via screenings, workshops, and educational programs.
