Love Donuts? Try Wylie Dufresne and Colin Kull's Pomegranate Tahini Donut

Chef Wylie Dufresne and pastry chef Colin Kull have introduced Du's Donuts, housed in the uber-chic William Vale Hotel in Brooklyn.

DU THAT VOODOO

After months perfecting such esoteric details like a glaze that doesn't stick to your fingers, and flavors such as pomegranate tahini, honey fennel pollen, and grapefruit chamomile, celebrity chef Wylie Dufresne and pastry chef Colin Kull have introduced Du's Donuts, housed in the uber-chic William Vale Hotel in Brooklyn. The cake-based donuts are fresh daily, and they sell out quick. The plan is to fill out the menu with egg and cheese sandwiches, and eventually cocktails, beer, and wine.

The William Vale Hotel is located at 111 North 12th Street, NYC 11249.
