A 40-person studio led by David Mann, MR Architecture + Décor has created projects such as a solar-powered geothermal house in upstate New York. Other work includes the flagship Christian Dior stores in New York, the Parker PS Hotel in Palm Springs, and flagship stores for such brands as Pierre Hardy, Lanvin, and J. Mendel. In the past year, MR completed the renovation and decoration of a maisonette in Manhattan’s West Village, a TriBeCa penthouse, and a vacation home in Aspen. Current projects include design for 111 Murray Street, a luxury tower in downtown Manhattan; architecture and interior design of a NoHo triplex penthouse, and a lower Fifth Avenue penthouse. This year, MR published their first monograph, featuring the firm’s work over the past twenty years.
